What I'd personally love to have a DRS+DLSS mode, where you just set the targeted framerate, so when the game is able to maintain a certain framerate at native res it does so, and the DLSS serves just as AA, but then the framerate is about to drop the internal res drops and DLSS kicks in to back up any possible image quality loss. but I doubt setting a negative LOD value will have any effect on your textures. With the logarithmic nature of upscaling tech you want to have as high internal res as possible, so the more information there is to reconstruct the final image, and 1080p nowadays is so low it's not even funny, I'd expect something like 1200p being the starting point, 1080p for Balanced mode and I don't know, 800-900p for Performance? Because even at 1080p it's the CPU that's being the bottleneck most of the time, unless there's really, really heavy emphasis on RT effects. Hi, Ive been trying to sort out the LOD bias in Nvidia Inspector for a. I'm surprised how low the internal res in Quality mode for 1440p is, it's not even 1080p. Oh I know a certain person who will absolutely love to participate in this "TAA derivative" thread
